This family-friendly and pet-welcoming home features three spacious bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind. You’ll find cozy spaces perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or working. To make the stay even more enjoyable for the little ones, we provide toys and outdoor activities, ensuring they have plenty of entertainment during your visit.

Please note, our rates are based on the number of beds/rooms used. The price includes a cleaning fee, linens, and breakfast.
The base rate applies for up to 2 people: either one couple requiring one room, or one person requiring one room.
Additional room changes:
If you are 2 people wishing to use 2 beds/rooms, please inform us in your booking message. An extra room fee will be added.
If you are 3 people wishing to use 3 beds/rooms, please inform us in your booking message. An extra room fee will be added.
An additional charge of $50 per person applies for extra guests or rooms
Amenities:
There is one full bathroom, and a laundry with a washing machine and a clothesline is available out the back.
Pets:
We accept up to 2 smaller-sized dogs or 1 large, well-behaved, house-trained dog. If you are bringing a pet, please select the pet option during the booking process. A $20 pet fee applies.
Dogs are welcome to sleep in the front foyer or laundry area and can join you in the living spaces. However, they are restricted from bedrooms and furniture, including the lounge furniture. We provide a dog bed and bowls for your pet’s needs.
Infants:
A porta-cot and high chair are available upon request, with linen provided FREE of charge.

2 Gluten Free Cereals and Bread are provided. All Breads are in the freezer, in kitchen.
